Experience

Bryan has worked in public accounting for more than 20 years with a strong background in tax, assurance and closely-held business consulting. His experience with a broad spectrum of clients and projects has qualified him to consult on unique matters such as: refinancing, lease renewal, cashflow projections, mergers/acquisitions, and purchase or sale of real estate – just to name a few.

Prior to joining Rehmann, Bryan owned a small business and continually brings an entrepreneurial mindset to every engagement.

Bryan has worked with clients in industries such as manufacturing, transportation, retail and real estate industries. He is also a member of the Michigan Transportation Association (MITA).

A Closer Look

• Bryan directed several key business strategies for a $150 million full-service trucking company, including development of budgeting and other financial tools to measure profitability, and he also managed a systems conversion.
• Bryan’s experience related to mergers and acquisitions includes consulting on corporate structure, due diligence, financing and operational matters.
• Bryan frequently assists clients in the transportation industry with DOT matters, multi-state tax matters, and federal and state income tax compliance and tax credits.
• Actively involved in his community, Bryan is a member of the Eagles for Children through Walnut Creek Country Club and fundraising for the Jenna Kast Foundation.
