Becky Guenther, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP

Current Role

As Rehmann’s director of total rewards, Becky develops and manages benefit plan design and administration, as well as well-being and recognition program strategy, for Rehmann’s associates firm-wide. Additionally, she is the firm’s HIPAA Compliance Officer and leads leave policy and administration strategy. Becky serves as the Chair of Rehmann’s Women’s Initiative Network Council.

Experience

Becky began her human resources career in 2003 at Snelling Staffing Services in Michigan. She worked in the staffing industry in metro Chicago for three years at local, privately-owned firms, where she specialized in recruiting accounting, finance and office professionals. She joined Rehmann in 2011.
