Rehmann Welcomes New Senior Manager of Human Resource Solutions in Ann Arbor, MI Office

Rehmann has announced the appointment of Kerreen Conley as Human Resource Solutions Senior Manager. Conley will be based in the firm’s Ann Arbor office.

In her new role, Conley will provide help to ensure clients have the necessary operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to meet their goals. Her service areas include HR consulting and outsourcing, client relations, labor relations, executive recruiting, and more.

Prior to joining Rehmann, Conley has served as Head of Human Resources in two communties with experience in organizational development, performance management, benefit administration, employee engagement and the negotiation of employee and labor agreements. With more than 25 years in employee and labor relations, she also has experience investigating and resolving complex employee and labor relations issues.

Conley earned a BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University, and masters’ degrees in both Human Resources and Organization Development, and Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
