Rehmann is pleased to welcome Mandy Chardoul as a Principal of Advisory and Tax Services. She will work out of the firm’s Grand Rapids office.

Chardoul is a strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience guiding ultra-high-net-worth families through the complexities of wealth, planning and legacy. She specializes in aligning financial strategies with family values to help clients design structures that support long-term sustainability and purpose. She previously served as a Tax Partner at Plante Moran, where she co-led the firm’s Family Office Practice and contributed to its National Tax Office, helping shape internal policy and representing clients before the U.S. Treasury.  She also held senior leadership roles at two prominent single-family offices and most recently supported initiatives at Family Office Exchange (FOX), the nation’s leading peer community for family office executives and advisors.

“Mandy has a national reputation as an expert in sophisticated tax planning and family office services, and we are excited and honored to welcome her to Rehmann,” said Chris Morse, Director of Advisory and Tax Services. “In addition to her exceptional professional accomplishments, Mandy is a great cultural fit for our firm. We’ve worked hard to build the advisory and tax team and the expertise Mandy brings will help us better serve our clients.”

Chardoul holds a master’s degree in taxation from Grand Valley State University and a bachelor’s degree in world political economy from Colorado College.

“What drew me to Rehmann was its people and its values,” Chardoul said. “The firm has built a culture rooted in integrity, collaboration, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. With its innovative mindset and unwavering focus on people—both staff and clients—Rehmann’s depth of expertise, commitment to service, and shared values set it apart from its peers. It brings together all the ingredients that matter the most to me – it is a place where I can grow, contribute, and help clients thrive.”

Chardoul also serves on the boards of Stepping Stones Montessori School and Hastings Fiber Glass Products, Inc., a successful third-generation family business known for its long-standing commitment to innovation and legacy.
