Current Role

Upholding Rehmann’s mission of accelerating our clients’ goals, Michelle coordinates client onboarding across the firm in order to create an effortless experience for each new client. She serves as the product owner of Rehmann’s client-facing software, GuideCX, providing training and maintenance for the program site. In addition, Michelle supports clients with software integrations and implements next steps for engagements. By standardizing client and internal workflows, Michelle ensures our clients receive the knowledge they need to be successful.

Experience

Prior to joining Rehmann in 2022, Michelle held a variety of roles such as Director of Operations, Controller, and more. She is highly experienced in providing exceptional client service, having worked with well-known hospitality companies throughout metro Detroit. She has over 20 years of software integration experience to include accounting and payroll. Her certifications include Financial Planning and Risk Management, Hospitality Finance, Quality and Facilities Management, and Top Grading.

  • Throughout her career, Michelle has developed relationships with city not-for-profit partnerships to execute various events throughout metro Detroit to include the Detroit Tree Lighting, Grand Prix and the Detroit Auto Show.
