As Rehmann’s director of client success and growth, Laura leads the dynamic business development efforts for the firm, along with client success strategies which create a collaborative and powerful growth strategy for the firm. Laura’s focus is to drive client satisfaction, retention and expansion. She is passionate about maximizing value for each client and connecting them to solutions that enhance their business strategies.

Alongside her firm leadership, Laura leads Rehmann’s client service efforts and business development in the Northern Michigan region. In addition to identifying opportunities to provide comprehensive services to companies, organizations and individuals, Laura initiates meaningful dialogue with clients and advises on courses of action to help them achieve their goals. Laura is passionate about Rehmann’s client success, fiercely advocating for the most value possible to the client.

Experience

Laura joined Rehmann in 2017 and has vast experience working with clients across a variety of industries. Her previous experience as the executive director of the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce enables her to listen to her clients’ needs and develop a deep understanding of their business goals.
