Current Role

Leading the firm’s human resources initiatives, Scott takes a multidisciplinary approach to human resources, diversity and inclusion initiatives, strategic business planning, operations and client satisfaction strategies. His primary goal is to Put People First and live out the Rehmann values, while helping associates do the same.

Prior to joining Rehmann in 2021, Scott served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Credit Union ONE. Previously, he served as human resources director at the National Default Exchange, delivering cross-functional leadership to over 1,500 employees at six affiliated companies in seven states. A few of his notable projects have included building an HR department from the ground up, leading a disaster response team through execution of a business continuity plan, and improving employee satisfaction survey results by promoting an engaged culture.

  • Committed to expanding his knowledge in the industry, Scott completed the Diversity and Inclusion Certification from Cornell University and is a graduate of Leadership Detroit.

Scott’s experience has qualified him to author employee engagement articles published in DSNews and Legal League Quarterly.
