Bob provides guidance in tax, accounting, and business planning across various industries. He specializes in working with small to medium-sized closely held businesses. He is also a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), offering expertise in valuations for litigation, tax purposes, and mergers and acquisitions.

Experience

Bob’s extensive experience includes business strategies and forecasting, minimizing tax liabilities, cost control, and individual as well as corporate tax and accounting. Additionally, Bob has conducted detailed business valuations for litigation and tax purposes, including mergers and acquisitions. He has assisted clients and attorneys in identifying and highlighting tax issues in divorces and disillusionments, which have contributed to fair and equitable settlements.

Prior to joining Rehmann, Bob was a partner with Martinet Recchia, which combined with Rehmann in 2025 to offer an expanded level of service.
