With a focus on the healthcare industry, Randy provides a variety of services to his clients, including representation during audits with the IRS and state agencies, negotiating financing with financial institutions to assist in business expansion, and foreign national and expatriate taxes.

A business development leader, Randy has well-developed client service and research abilities, excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills.

Experience

Randy has more than 25 years of public accounting experience in taxation and audit. His experience includes positions at PwC, a “Big Four” accounting firm, and sole proprietorship with his father, the late Rufino C. Gungab, CPA.

His highly diverse industry experience includes positions in manufacturing, insurance, construction, healthcare and service. Randy also has a strong information technology background.
