Prior to joining Rehmann, Ralph served as a partner with Kmetz, Elwell, Graham & Associates, PLLC (KEGA). Before joining KEGA in 2018, Ralph successfully operated his own tax practice for 13 years. This entrepreneurial background has equipped him with unique insights into the challenges business owners face.
