Molly brings more than 32 years of expertise in business development and relationship management, with a focus on the financial institutions, manufacturing, insurance, and healthcare industries. Over the past 16 years, she has specialized in technology and cybersecurity, leveraging her deep industry knowledge to drive growth and build lasting partnerships. Her career has been defined by a commitment to delivering strategic solutions that align with the evolving needs of diverse industries. She regularly attends conferences and seminars to align with current technical and industry standards for her clients.

  • Molly is founder and president of Meghan’s ARMY, an addiction and mental health awareness, education and support organization for families in need.
  • Molly is a current Advisory Board member for Grand Rapids based Mentavi Health, a leading national tele-health company, providing mental health diagnosis and treatment services.
  • Dedicated to her own and other’s continuing professional education, Molly has taught Technology in Banking at the Michigan Bankers Association Perry School of Banking for the past five years. She has also given presentations related to technology and security.
  • Molly is an active member of the Community Bankers of Michigan and the Michigan Bankers Association, a current committee member for the Michigan Bankers Association’s Michigan Traveling Circus, a board member of Kent County’s Face Addiction Now (FAN), and a past-president and former director on the board for the Mid-Michigan Banking Group.
