Experience

Dave was previously the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of a publicly traded insurance company headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan. In this role, Dave led solutions-oriented finance and treasury teams, supporting global treasury needs across the business, including services such as banking, receivables, cash, investment and debt management, foreign exchange, financial risk management, bank relations, and international and other treasury-related services.

In his previous position, Dave held key roles working across several large projects, helping transform the company and generate significant revenue and enterprise value. Additionally, he has extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis, enterprise valuation and acquisition activities.

  • Dave is the Chairman of the Board at TBA Credit Union.
  • Previously, Dave was part of a small team driving the process to take the company public via a SPAC transaction. Together, they completed a deal valued at more than $3 billion.
  • Another success of Dave’s was playing a key role in executing a minority interest equity raise through an intense investment banking process, resulting in amounts far exceeding comparable transactions and industry-leading multiples.
