Rehmann Named Winner in M&A Advisor’s 17th Annual International M&A Awards

Rehmann is proud to announce that it was recognized on the list of 17th Annual International M&A Awards, presented by The M&A Advisor. The acquisition of EBW Electronics by ADAC was named Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($10MM to $25MM), and Rehmann’s Assurance and Financial Reporting practice, led by Principal Chris Rosmarinn — with support from Michael Cannon and Zane Brooks — was part of the winning deal team. The awards celebrate leading transactions, firms, and professionals who have demonstrated exceptional innovation and strategic execution across global mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate finance. The winners were determined by an independent panel of industry experts.

In his role at Rehmann, Rosmarin manages the commercial audit practice in Grand Rapids and leads the firm’s financial due diligence practice, providing critical technical insights that help middle-market companies navigate complex corporate finance challenges.
