Rehmann Appoints Laura Oblinger as Director of Client Success and Growth

We are pleased to announce the expansion of Laura Oblinger’s role from Director of Client Services and Business Development to Director of Client Success and Growth, effective February 1.

In this expanded leadership role, Oblinger will support and execute growth initiatives strategized by the Executive Leadership Team. Her primary focus will be to drive client satisfaction, retention, and expansion. By developing and executing strategies that maximize client lifetime value, Oblinger will play a key role in fostering organic growth for the Firm.

“In her eight years with the firm, Laura has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to driving client success and growth,” said Steve Castino, Chief Growth Officer. “This new role positions her to have an even greater impact on our organization’s strategic goals. Laura has already done an excellent job, and I have no doubt she will continue leading our business development efforts to even greater achievements.”

Oblinger will be responsible for managing a team of multi-state business developers focused on originating leads and bringing opportunities to the firm’s associates. Additionally, she will work collaboratively with regional and office Managing Principals to ensure that the firm continues to deliver exceptional service even as it pursues growth opportunities.

“It is an honor to expand my contributions to Rehmann firm-wide,” said Oblinger. “From the day I chose to pursue becoming a part of the Rehmann team, I knew I was going to be part of a culture and work ethic that aligns with my personal values. After eight years with this outstanding organization, I am thrilled to take on a broader leadership role to support the entire firm with its clients’ success and growth efforts, while continuing my contributions in the northern Michigan region, in which I am so passionate about.”
