We offer three levels of Managed Services:

Essentials (Foundation)

Provides continuous monitoring of critical systems and software. You're automatically notified of issues and pay only for the help desk support you need.

Enhanced (Framework - Business Hours) 

Support available 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday - Friday. 

Enhanced (Framework 24/7)

Includes all the benefits of Framework Business Hours, continuous protection of your IT infrastructure and data, ongoing maintenance, one simple fee  - plus 24/7 support of your end users.
