Rehmann earns Inavero’s 2018 Best of Accounting™ Award for client service excellence

Rehmann, a fully integrated certified public accounting and financial services firm, announced today they have won Inavero’s Best of Accounting™ Award for providing superior service to their clients for its third consecutive year.

The Best of Accounting Award winners are proven industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. On average, clients of the 2018 winners are two times more likely to be satisfied than those who work with non-winning firms. Rehmann received a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 79, significantly higher than the profession's average of 21. (NPS scores can range from -100 to +100.)

Inavero’s Best of Accounting winners must achieve NPS scores above 60 to qualify for consideration for the award. NPS is a measure of a customers’ likelihood to refer to a friend or colleague. Measured on a 10-point scale, company and brand “promoters” (customers giving a nine or 10 score) are subtracted from “detractors” (those giving a score of six or below). Fewer than 16 of the 553 clients surveyed gave Rehmann a score below seven on the NPS questionnaire.

Rehmann’s clients responded that the reason for their great experiences were based on the service teams’ ability to listen to and understand their needs as well as the quality of the relationships with the business advisor.

According to Inavero, the accounting industry achieved a NPS of 19 percent last year. In other industry based research, banking achieved averages of 35 and investment advisors achieved NPS average ratings of 45 percent. Popular brands like Vanguard, State Farm and Amazon achieved NPS scores of 66, 45 and 66, respectively. Rehmann’s NPS score of 79 places them in an elite category of firms fully dedicated to client satisfaction.
