James is Rehmann’s director of consulting, working with a diverse team to establish a vision, identify and implement objectives and drive solutions. James’ extensive skillset includes information technology strategy, transition to the cloud and cyber security. He is a seasoned public speaker, especially on the topic of technology. James spearheads client engagement activities and assists organizations with software selection. Additionally, he supports outsourcing efforts that bring first-rate accounting, human resources and technology services to clients.
James has been with Rehmann since 1999. He acted in a dual role as the chief information officer for 10 years and has three decades of experience developing innovative solutions for an array of industries, including high technology, financial institutions, service providers and traditional manufacturing.
His experience spans a variety of services, from strategic plan development to implementation of practical office and plant-floor solutions. His clients range from Fortune 50 to entrepreneurial start-ups. By combining his strong communication skills with a broad business background, James consistently delivers effective strategies for success in an ever-changing and competitive market.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts in accounting from Michigan State University. He also graduated from the Oracle Application Sales Consultant Workshop and Oracle Manufacturing Applications Program in San Francisco, California. He received course development in both the EDS Manufacturing Professional Development Program and EDS Systems Engineering Programs.
