Asset location is vital to your business. Why?
If you are entering into a new business venture, you’ll want to verify the financial solvency of any new partner. Prior to entering a lawsuit, an asset search and analysis will help determine what assets or regular income is present. If there are no collectable assets, investing in further legal action may not be worth it. If the judicial system has ordered payment, collecting that payment is up to you. If there is no money there, you cannot collect on the judgment. In the case of divorce, the finances involved can often become complicated. It is not uncommon for a spouse to hide assets that would be open to dispute. When a will is probated, assets can be hidden from beneficiaries.
Our asset investigations involve the discreet, ethical and public research of property, vehicles, litigation history and corporate affiliations in order to identify assets of an individual or business, and determine the probability of collection or asset recovery.
RCIS employs a world-wide network of experienced professionals who are skilled in locating hidden assets and unraveling complex corporate structures.
