STEP ONE: Verify existence of Adobe Reader on your computer.
Rehmann's site contains links to several files in Portable Document Format (PDF). These files are universally readable on
any platform but require a software utility called Acrobat Reader, available FREE from Adobe. Our website will automatically check for Adobe Reader
on your machine. Please review your current status below:
You already have Acrobat Reader (or Acrobat) installed.
You need to install Acrobat Reader (or the full Acrobat).
STEP TWO: Select your method of download
You may either view a file within your browser (if your browser is already configured with the Acrobat Reader plug-in) or save a file to
your hard drive. Saving a larger file to your hard drive might be the better option, particularly if you do not have a fast Internet
connection. Select an option below:
Click on the link with the left mouse button (PC). Depending on how your computer or internal network is set up, the file will either
automatically launch or force you to do a "Save As", somewhere on your hard drive.
Click on the link with the right mouse button (PC) and choose the "Save Link As" option. Then simply open the file from your
hard drive. For additional help, see STEP THREE: Find the file on your computer.
Select an option above (view or save). While the document is launched, go to "File", then select "Print".
STEP THREE: Find your file on your computer
When you selected the "Save Link As" in step two, you would have been prompted with a window asking you where to save this file on your C: drive. It is very common for this prompt to default to "My Documents". If you don't remember where you saved your file, check "My Documents" first.
If you are still having trouble, search your c: drive for your file by doing the following:
Right click on Start (bottom left hand corner).
Left click on Search.
In the search criteria box, type .pdf.
In the Look In box, select your C: drive.
Click the search button.
If you are still unable to find your file, download the file again and take a closer look at where the file is being saved on your C: drive.
You can also access help on your computer for additional search options.
