BIRCHMEIER, REDMAN JOIN REHMANN

SAGINAW, MI (April 26, 2010) – Rehmann is pleased to welcome Michael S. Birchmeier, CPA and Derek J. Redman to its Saginaw office location. The announcement was made by Don McAnelly, CPA, managing principal of the Saginaw office.

Michael joins Rehmann as a senior audit associate. He will be responsible for managing assurance engagements and preparing audit reports for Rehmann’s governmental and not for profit clients. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was the accounting & budget manager for the City of East Lansing. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Accounting.

Derek, a resident of Marlette, joins Rehmann as a staff associate with the audit & assurance team. Prior to joining the Rehmann, Derek was an operations specialist with an investment management firm in Saginaw. He is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting.
