Mike is the Principal-in-Charge of the tax department of Rehmann. He serves as a firm-wide tax authority and leads the financial institutions group tax team.
Experience
Mike began his career in public accounting in 1982 and joined Rehmann in 1993. He has significant experience in the tax consulting and planning area for bank holding companies, manufacturing entities, including mergers and acquisitions, S-Corporations, and financial analysis. Mike also concentrates his efforts in helping closely-held businesses and individual taxpayers achieve financial success through proactive tax planning. He serves as an integral part of Rehmann’s tax management team.
Prior to joining the firm, Mike was a Senior Manager in the tax department of Ernst & Young, LLP.
Mike is licensed as a CPA in both Michigan and Florida.
