Experience

Michael has worked in public accounting since 1980, in that time as a partner with large national public accounting firms.  His experience includes consulting for various industries for clients both large and mid-sized.  He specializes in tax services including the various state and local taxes, merger and acquisition assistance, settlement negotiations as well business and strategic planning.
