Mary McCune
Mary McCune | Director of Business Development, Mid-Michigan
Mary is a principal with Rehmann and is based in our Lansing office. She is responsible for new business development in Michigan and serves as a Client Ambassador.
Experience
Prior to its merger with Rehmann in 1999, Mary was president of Professional Consultants, Inc. (PCI) and director of the company's Retirement Administration Division. Additionally, she has several years experience with the trust department of a large Lansing bank and has worked with plan design and administration of both large and small retirement plans since 1973.
With more than 30 years of business experience in Mid-Michigan, Mary has a unique ability to listen to client and prospect issues and introduce them to a Rehmann client service executive who can provide financially rewarding solutions. Mary's deep understanding of a client's business issues enables her to identify proactive ideas to improve the client’s top and bottom line.
In her role as a Client Ambassador, Mary conducts client satisfaction assessments, participates in brainstorming sessions for client service improvements and resolves service challenges. She works with the Rehmann client service executive to develop client service plans that meet client-defined expectations for performance and service. Mary maintains an objective role to ensure we are exceeding our clients’ expectations.
