Lee Ann administers Rehmann’s benefit programs for over 700 employees across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Florida. She works with Rehmann clients on benefit plan design and administrative issues. She is also a key member of the Rehmann Healthcare Task Force whose focus is on research and implementation of programs that provide cost effective alternatives for our associates.
Prior to joining Rehmann, Lee Ann was the Human Resource Administrative Manager for Wolohan Lumber Co. She had direct responsibility for 25 locations in 5 states, for 750 employees. She was also the Human Resource Center Manager with United Building Centers for 25 Michigan retail locations covering 550 employees.
Lee Ann spent 21 years at B&W Co-op, Inc. in Breckenridge where she held several positions, leading to the position of HR Administrator. Fiduciary experience includes design, administration, education, communication, vendor assessment and transfers for health and welfare plans.
Lee Ann holds several certifications, including: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), HR Generalist Certification from Saginaw Valley State University, and Professional Human Resource Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She regularly attends continuing education seminars to stay abreast of new benefit plan and administrative developments.
