Experience

Kelly has over twenty years of experience as a CPA, fifteen of which have been with Rehmann. As Rehmann's Financial Institutions Industry Director, she is directly responsible for, or involved in, supervising and reviewing a wide range of audit and consulting services to financial institutions, including internal audit, audit, SOX 404, financial statement preparation and communications with client management, audit committees or shareholder groups for several financial institutions, as well as other clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly served more than three years with Republic Bancorp, Inc., a $1.2 billion multi-bank holding company, in key financial roles. Her responsibilities included supervising accounting, backroom operations and branch operations, and financial reporting to the Securities and Exchange Commission, various regulatory agencies, and the Corporation's stockholders and Board of Directors. She was also involved in the completion of registration statements for acquisitions and debt/equity offerings. Kelly also has over three years public accounting experience with a national firm.
