Roger is a Principal with Rehmann Consulting and leads the HR Outsourcing department. In this role, Roger determines client employee administration needs and delivers technology-based solutions, ranging from full HRIS solutions to unbundled systems. This includes assisting clients throughout the entire employment process, including pre-employment, active employment and post-employment phases.
Roger began his employee administration career in 1997. He has worked with clients ranging from 50 to 2,000 employees, developing experience with HR outsourcing, group benefits, benefit administration, unemployment management, payroll, time and attendance, workers’ compensation coverage, and workforce development and training. Roger’s services have allowed many of his clients to place a greater focus on long-term business goals, instead of day-to-day administration.
Prior to joining Rehmann, Roger started Platinum1Solutions, a company that provided HRIS technology, group and worksite benefits, human resource services, employment law compliance and more. Roger has tremendous experience in the HR, payroll and benefits outsourcing arena performing sales, marketing and sales management roles. Roger has also served as a speaker and trainer on various HR subjects. He is a Licensed Health & Life Agent and a Licensed Property & Casualty Agent.
