Adam is a principal with Rehmann and is based in the Ann Arbor office. He focuses his practice on assisting clients with foreign and domestic corporate taxation, pass-through taxation, accounting for income taxes, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning and structuring.
Adam began his public accounting career in 2000 with PricewaterhouseCoopers in San Francisco serving publicly traded companies, closely held businesses and the entrepreneurs who founded them. In 2005, Adam returned to Michigan taking a position with Deloitte in their Detroit office. Adam joined Rehmann in 2014 and his work has included consultations on the tax aspects of business formation, international taxation, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and business turnarounds.
