Ross is a director of client services and business development serving West Michigan including Grand Rapids, Muskegon and Holland markets. He is based in the Grand Rapids office.
Ross joined the firm in September 2002. His role is to identify opportunities to provide valued, comprehensive business solutions to companies, organizations, and individuals. He believes that long-term success depends on working with people who care as much about your future as you do. He helps guide clients and potential clients to the team of Rehmann professionals who know how to listen, research, collaborate, learn from experience, and innovate to come up with comprehensive answers to complex problems.
Ross frequently serves as a client ambassador, striving to build and sustain productive relationships with clients while advising on new accounting and consulting services for the benefit of each organization. He also conducts client satisfaction assessments, participates in brainstorming sessions for client service improvements and resolves service challenges. Ross maintains an objective role to ensure we are exceeding our clients’ expectations.
Ross has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, including sixteen years in the banking industry, focused on retail, sales and marketing. Ross has also worked in public accounting for sixteen years in his current position in assisting Rehmann in attracting new clients.
