Jim is the Managing Principal of Rehmann’s Healthcare Management Advisors and works in our Grand Rapids office.

Jim has twenty-six years experience in the healthcare industry.  He is currently providing consulting services to independent physician groups, hospital based practices, ambulatory surgical centers, mental health organizations, and Indian tribes as a member of Rehmann.  His areas of expertise include planning, organizing, analyzing, developing and implementing in a variety of settings.

Prior to joining Rehmann, Jim held executive positions with a staff model HMO and was responsible for managing the provider staff and contracting for specialty and hospital care.  He has also served as the Executive Director of a primary care practice, not-for-profit Community Health Center with multiple locations.  He practiced as a mental health clinician in a medical group setting for four years.

Jim is also a Resident Licensed Agent for our Professional Liability Insurance Company.
